Delivery with Swiss Post: The actual postage costs.

Delivery with ScanEquiPro: 75,00 CHF.

The minimum order is 20,00 CHF.

Shipping costs, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.

Vouchers are personal and can only be used by the original receiver. It can be used at the earliest the day after the purchase.

Delivery delay 

The delivery times is indicated in the basket / cash box. Generally, our delivery time is about 8 to 10 days for Switzerland, provided that the items are in stock.

Terms of payment

You can choose between:

Prepayment by bank transfer

Payment by Card: Visa, MasterCard or Postfinance

Payment at delivery - This alternative is only available when choosing ScanEquiPro Delivery or Pick-Up at warehouse. Please also note that if you choose Delivery ScanEquiPro with Cash on Delivery, a prepayment of a minimum of 75.00 CHF is required.

Realization of the sales contract 

The contract of sale is realized with the delivery of the goods - not with the automatic sending of the confirmation of order.

Money back guarantee 

We guarantee you the right to return unused merchandise within 30 days of the reception. Please enclose your invoice or a copy of it with your return. returned items must be unused, clean, and, as far as possible, in their original packaging. The return or exchange of books, Cds and DVDs is impossible unless the item is returned in its original packaging undamaged. Please keep the proof of the return shipment, which can be used as proof of the return within the time limit.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel the purchase without stating a reason by a written message (eg letter, fax or e-mail) within 30 days after delivery, by returning the merchandise. The delay begins upon the receiption of the goods. To respect the return deadline, the merchandise or the request has to be sent in time. The merchandise or the request of return of goods shall be sent to ScanEquiPro, Route de la Galicet 55, 1565 Vallon.

In the event of a valid termination, each party is obliged to return the benefits obtained and, if necessary, to restore any eventual benefits. If it is not possible to return the goods to us in whole or in part, or in bad condition, we will ask you for a compensation. This compensation is not payable if the deterioration of the merchandise occurred when you checked it on receipt, as it would have been possible during a store purchase.

Out-of-Court Settlement

We strive to find a mutual agreement in case of possible disagreements / disputes with our customers. Moreover, we are not obliged to participate in an arbitration procedure, nor are we able to offer our customers to participate in such a process.
