Cancellation and returns

You have a period of 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reasons. This is made either by a written message (eg by post, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods before the expiry of the deadline. The withdrawal period runs from
- the delivery of the goods to your address
or
- when the buyer otherwise come into possession of the goods.
The return of the goods or the proof of the sent written message of the withdrawal sent by post or mail within the deadlines is required to perform the right. The return mail or returned goods will be addressed to:

In the case of a valid withdrawal (in the forms and deadlines set out above), the goods are liable. If you are unable to return a part or all of the goods to us or if the goods are damaged, you are liable in this case for compensation corresponding to the loss of the value of the goods, partial or complete. This right to compensation does not apply if the deterioration of the goods would have discovered by a simple inspection carried out by the buyer, as it would have been the case in a shop. In order to avoid paying the loss of value of the goods due to inappropriate use of the merchandise, please see the good as property of others and avoid any action that could alter its value.
