Conditions of payment

Clients can choose between:

Prepayment by bank transfer.

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or Postfinance

Payment at delivery - This alternative is only available when choosing ScanEquiPro Delivery or Pick-Up on deposit. Please also note that if you choose Delivery ScanEquiPro with Payment at delivery, a prepayment of a minimum of 75.- is required.

Delivery

Generally, our delivery times are about 8 to 10 days for Switzerland provided the items are deliverable. Otherwise, you are informed of our delivery times in the product information. The minimum order is 20,00 CHF.

For all orders to be delivered outside of Switzerland, customs fees and taxes are at your expense.

Shipping costs outside Switzerland are subject to a preliminary estimate.

Shipping costs, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.

Delivery with the Swiss Post:

Frais de port: delivered against the effective costs of the Swiss Post.

Delivery with ScanEquiPro

Deliveries of sizable items - such as stands, wings, cabinets and poles - can be delivered by ScanEquiPro within two weeks for the amount of CHF 75.00.
