Our conditions
Order of small volumes are delivered against the costs of packing and the effective costs of the Swiss Post.
Orders of bigger volumes - like stands, cabinets and poles - may be delivered by us within two weeks for a charge of CHF 75,00.
We request payment in advance or by delivery against receipt. We thank you for your understanding.
You can also buy directly from our stock and permanent exposition (only by appointment 026 667 01 09) near Avenches.
Credit cards accepted (PostFinance credit cards, Maestro, American Express, VISA, MasterCard).
The delivery must be checked upon reception for any defects or missing items. Potential problems must be reported to us immediately, and at the latest within eight days.
